1. Introductory Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the mutual rights and obligations between Promotion and Education, s.r.o. (“Seller”) and a natural or legal person concluding a purchase contract through the online store (“Buyer”).
1.2. The e-shop enables the purchase of digital vouchers, including digital audio guides (collectively “Digital Content”).
1.3. By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
2. Conclusion of the Contract
2.1. The presentation of Digital Content on the website is for information purposes only and does not constitute a proposal to conclude a contract.
2.2. The order is submitted through an electronic form. Before sending the order, the Buyer can check and edit the entered data.
2.3. The purchase contract is concluded upon delivery of an order acceptance confirmation to the Buyer’s e-mail.
2.4. The Seller may refuse an order if it is incomplete, incorrect, or if misuse is suspected.
3. Price and Payment Terms
3.1. Prices are final and include VAT.
3.2. Payment can be made by:
- Payment card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.),
- Apple Pay,
- Google Pay.
3.3. Payment is considered made once confirmed by the payment gateway.
3.4. A payment receipt is sent electronically.
4. Delivery of Digital Content
4.1. A digital voucher and access to the audio guide are delivered electronically to the Buyer’s e-mail.
4.2. Delivery takes place immediately after payment, but no later than within 24 hours.
4.3. The Buyer must verify delivery and contact the Seller in case of any issues.
4.4. Unless stated otherwise, digital vouchers are non-transferable.
5. Rights from Defective Performance (Complaints)
5.1. The Buyer may file a complaint if:
- Digital Content was not delivered,
- It is non-functional,
- It does not match the description on the e-shop.
5.2. Complaints must be submitted by e-mail to: office@e-boutique.cz.
5.3. The Seller will handle the complaint within 30 days.
6. Withdrawal from the Contract
6.1. Consumer’s right to withdraw within 14 days
The Buyer – consumer – has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from:
- the date of purchase and receipt of the Digital Voucher, or
- the date of delivery of the digital audio guide.
This right may be used only if the Digital Content has not been used (e.g., redeemed, activated, accessed using a code, logged into an application, downloaded, or viewed protected content).
If the Digital Content has been used even partially, the right to withdraw expires.
6.2. Method of withdrawal
The Buyer may send the withdrawal:
- by e-mail to: office@e-boutique.cz,
- or in writing to: Maiselova 15, 110 00 Prague 1 – Staré Město.
The Buyer must provide their identification data, order number, and e-mail used for the purchase.
6.3. Deactivation of Digital Content
Upon receiving the withdrawal notice, the Seller verifies whether the Digital Content has been used.
If it has, the withdrawal will not be accepted.
If it has not been used, the Digital Content becomes invalid immediately and may no longer be used by the Buyer.
6.4. Refunds
The Seller will refund the purchase price within 14 days of confirming the withdrawal, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
7. Personal Data Protection
7.1. The Seller processes personal data solely for the purpose of handling the order, in accordance with GDPR and Act No. 110/2019 Sb.
7.2. Details are provided in the “Personal Data Processing Policy” available on the website.
8. Copyright and License
8.1. The digital audio guide and other digital materials are protected by copyright.
8.2. The Buyer obtains a non-exclusive license for personal use. Any distribution or provision to third parties is prohibited.
9. Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution
9.1. Consumers may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), www.coi.cz.
9.2. Before doing so, contacting the Seller directly is recommended.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. These Terms come into effect on 1 December 2025.
10.2. The Seller may unilaterally amend these Terms. The current version is always available on the e-shop website.
10.3. Contracts are concluded in Czech and archived electronically.
